We ship UPS Ground, Second Day, and Next Day Air. Overnight shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories cannot be guaranteed. All orders must be placed by 2PM EST for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Orders are only shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping does not reflect holiday delivery schedule and may vary due to availability of merchandise. Second Day and Next Day Air options will not be available for Saturday deliveries. Shipping is not available to post office or APO/FPO boxes

 What are our policies regarding children?

The website is not intended for or directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children who are under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personally Identifiable Information to us through the website.

 Do we have a mechanism to address the removal of Personally Identifiable Information and complaints about the handling of information that we collect?

Returns & Replacements

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Waverly Grey. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges.

The item(s) must be returned in excellent condition (must not be worn, altered, or washed) in original boxes, along with all tags, paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. Final Sale items may not be returned.

If you request a return after the 30-day period, please contact our Customer Service Department by phone at (212)768-7574 Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST or send us an e-mail at info@waverlygrey.com with “Request Return30” as the subject title.

Returned packages using the prepaid shipping label, but received at Waverly Grey after 15 days will incur a $10.00 fee, which will be charged at the time of your return. (See Free Prepaid Returns below for details). Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. 

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

If your package arrives at Waverly Grey within the 30-day time line specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via e-mail to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Waverly Grey.

Need a Different Size/Color?

In order to serve you most efficiently, you’ll get the right size of color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your account.

Free Prepaid Returns (United States Only)

A prepaid shipping label is included in all orders shipped within the United States. To qualify for free return shipping, your return must arrive at Waverly Grey within 15 business days of the date you received it. Please allow 7 days transit time.

  1. Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
  2. Affix the prepaid shipping label included in your order to your package.
  3. Drop off your package at a UPS Store or drop box OR visit ups.com to arrange for a free pick-up.
  4. Please keep a copy of the label for your records and tracking.
  5. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Note: Packages received at Waverly Grey after 15 days will incur a $10 fee, which will be charged at the time of your return.

 Non-Prepaid Returns

We currently offer free returns for United States customers only. If your order arrived without a prepaid label, please follow these steps.

1. Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package. Note: When returning footwear, DO NOT use your shoe box as your shipping box.
